Sunday morning sermon aka Mysore yoga practice stokes the heart. All systems flow.
Easter calls for all things green and new. And all things chocolate too, it seems (up next). Requests all around for another round of cruciferous crust leads to my reinvention of the adornments. This time layered first with garlic sautéed spinach, then thinly sliced organic grape tomatoes submerged in pesto cream sauce (see below), with a dash of nutritional yeast.
Have fun. Burn something. (Just not your crust!)
1 c soaked raw cashews (at least 4 hours)
2-3 T tahini
1-2 cloves raw garlic
¼ c Califia Farms unsweetened almond milk (it’s the creamiest)
2+ c fresh basil leaves
Himalayan pink salt
/ WHIP it all up good in your food processor, or Vitamix if you’ve got it like that. (Get with it.)
/ SCOOP and SPREAD that green dream cream wherever your heart leads you. On said cauliflower pizza crust (bake the crust first), in perfect place of an avocado seed, or just straight from the spoon. Duh.
