½ tsp superfree gut mct oil

2-3 superfree select organic medjool dates, torn

.75 Tbsp superfree raw Peruvian cacao

collagen serving (optional)

~12 oz brewed coffee of choice (we love the swiss water process decaf from ace coffee) or hot water

blend on high

sip into bliss

(this is for 1 serving. double up and put some in the fridge for later or tomorrow morning, or freeze into ice cubes for future smoothies)
other optional add ins : favorite mushroom blends, favorite protein powders if you do that, cinnamon, cardamom, swap matcha for the cacao (this works so beautifully), add fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, the world is open to you, this is your ground.
