Superstar superfood adaptogenic chia oats. Just add water and any desired fruit, soak overnight for dreamy spoonfuls of feel good goodness, or make into porridge on the stove for equal effect. Top either method with raw maca maca to best utilize the stress managing magic of ashwagandha root. Maximum mindbody nourishment.

What

8 oz bags of dry goods, ~6 servings per bag. Mindfully made from gluten free whole rolled organic oats, black currants, unsweetened tart dried cherries, chia seeds, pure coconut milk powder, ginger root, maca root, cinnamon, ashwagandha root, vanilla bean, and pink Himalayan salt.

How / When / Why

Breakfast / mid-moring / any-time-small-meal-success perfected. Make ahead or wake up and stir into your morning ritual. Goes best with raw maca maca and fresh fruit. Pack to go and feel the spoonfuls of calming grounding support throughout your day. Belly Bliss. ACTUALIZE ~~ Pour out the whole bag and cover with filtered water. Stir in one whole chopped banana. Be generous with the water, the goods will soak it all up in time. Store covered in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours). Scoop out into a bowl (or into jars to take to-go), layer with RAW MACA MACA and fresh berries. OR, cook over low heat on the stovetop, 7-10 min. One serving is ~1/3 c chia oats with ~2/3 c water and ~1/3 of a banana, chopped, plus ~ 1/4 c of any other desired fresh fruit (apples, peaches, cherries, and frozen berries all work beautifully). Top with RAW MACA MACA (required :) and coconut yogurt (optional). Yields ~ 6 servings, either way.
