ADAPTOGENIC CHIA OATS (DRY GOODS)
Resealable bags of DRY GOODS, ~8 servings per bag. Mindfully made from gluten free whole rolled oats, black currants, unsweetened tart dried cherries, black chia seeds, pure coconut milk powder, ginger root, maca root, cinnamon, ashwagandha root, vanilla bean, and pink Himalayan salt.
How / When / Why
Breakfast / mid-morning / any-time-small-meal-success perfected. Make ahead or wake up and stir into your morning ritual. Goes best with SFF RAW MACA MACA and fresh fruit. Pack to go and feel the spoonfuls of calming grounding support throughout your day. Belly Bliss. ACTUALIZE ~~ Pour out the whole bag and cover with about 2.5 cups of filtered water (no plant milk of any kind needed, there is pure coconut milk powder in the mix already so they will be super creamy with only water added!). Stir in one whole chopped banana. Stir more to incorporate. Be generous with the water, the goods will soak it all up in time. Store covered in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours, ideally). Scoop out into a bowl (or into jars to take to-go), layer with SFF RAW MACA MACA and fresh berries. OR, cook over low heat on the stovetop just like you would oatmeal, 7-10 min. Suggested serving is ~1/3 c adaptogenic chia oats with ~1/2 c water and ~1/3 of a chopped banana, plus ~ 1/4 c of any other desired fresh fruit (stone fruits and frozen berries all work beautifully). Top with SFF RAW MACA MACA (required :) and plain coconut yogurt (optional), and fully live your life.
