Please bring a yoga mat and any cushions or blankets to ensure you are fully supported and comfortable during our seated work.

Pranayama with Madeline has become something I've recently incorporated into my life and it's something I want to do more of. It's one of those practices that, once you experience it, you keep coming back to — and for good reason. I've only had a few sessions so far, but each one leaves me feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and more regulated.
The fact that it's virtual makes it so accessible and easy to fit in, and Madeline creates a wonderfully calm, intentional space even through a screen. She also sends detailed notes after each session so you can continue the practice on your own at home, which I love. It's a true meditative experience and a meaningful way to carve out time for yourself and your nervous system.
